The bonds made between sisters during college are meant to last a lifetime, and thetas participate in numerous activities throughout their college years to strengthen these relationships. The Chief Operating Officer and the Human Resources Director in our house plan safe, fun, recreational and educational opportunities for thetas to participate in. These sisterhood events, which usually occur once a month, range anywhere from movie nights at the house, to broomball, to yoga sessions, or trips to the Columbus Zoo. In addition, formals and other social gatherings with fraternities and sororities are arranged. In addition to these events we hold two all-house retreats per school year in which sisters spend the day together at the house doing numerous fun activities that cultivate leadership, cooperation, and help strengthen the relationships among sisters.
